Kawasaki Motors has introduced the 2018 Ninja 250, 250 SE and 250 ABS SE in Indonesia where it also invited the media for a test ride at Sentul, West Java. The bike is priced at Rp. 72.4 million i.e. INR 3,68,000 (approx). The refinement done by Kawasaki on this motorcycle is reflected in the bike’s performance as well as its looks.
The latest updates on the motorcycles give it a sharper, sportier, more aerodynamic and premium look. The bike’s dimensions have also been altered which makes it almost 8 kilograms lighter (in both ABS and non-ABS variants). The Ninja 250 SE variants differs from Ninja 250 only in terms of graphics and pillion seat design. A notable change is that a larger air box is installed under the fuel tank to maximize the air flow into the combustion chamber. Thus, the heat is dissipated sideways instead of downward direction. According to Kawasaki, the 5 spoked rims have been redesigned so as to make them lighter.
The Ninja 250 comes in 3 colour variants : Red, Green and Black.
The Ninja 250 SE comes in only one variant that is a combination of green and black while the Ninja 250 ABS SE comes in dual colour scheme of Black n Red and Magnetic Design Paint. We can expect the launch of the new 2018 Ninjas in India very soon.
