India Kawasaki Motors has launched IKM Connect App exclusively for its customers in India. With this app, a Kawasaki bike owner can avail key services at their fingertips. This is a great initiative taken by India Kawasaki Motors towards customer relationship management and we believe something on similar lines can be done by other companies as well who import vehicles as CBUs or whose customers experience difficulty in finding spares or services.
The IKM Connect App uses the vehicle owners phone number to log in and offers useful tabs like service, products, SOS, hotline, etc. It lets the user to check the status of his vehicle, service requirements, bills, schedule a service, buy original Kawasaki merchandise, browse through detailed specifications of vehicles, etc. That’s not all, the app will also notify the users of the upcoming events and service camps. This app will prove to be extremely useful for Kawasaki’s customers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where the reach of Kawasaki’s services is limited. The app is available on Google Play Store only (link below) but will soon be available on Apple App Store as well.
